Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any website, internal system or software development work carried out by Xorh Ventures FZE LLC (“Skope”, “we”, “us”) for a client (“you”). A quote, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties forms part of these terms.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. We invoice 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. Work remains our property until full payment is received.

The project is scoped in writing before build. Changes outside that scope may require a revised quote and timeline. You are responsible for providing content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays of more than 14 days may pause the project and restart fees may apply.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and internal know-how, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in the delivered work. Third-party assets, plugins or stock content remain subject to their own licences.

We warrant that work will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid or payable for the project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to deliver the work.

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. You remain liable for work completed and expenses incurred up to termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ajman, UAE.
