Company
A small studio that finishes what it quotes
Skope builds websites and internal software for businesses worldwide. Written scope, one price, one date — and the code is yours at the end.
What we believe
Five positions we do not bend on. Open one.
Every engagement starts with one document: what gets built, what does not, and what it costs. Nothing moves until both sides have read the same page. It is the cheapest hour of the whole project.
Hourly billing rewards slowness. We quote a single price against the written scope, so the incentive is to finish well and finish early. If we misjudge the effort, that is our problem, not your invoice.
Most delay is coordination, not code. One person who holds the whole picture ships in days what a committee schedules for a quarter. We keep the team small on purpose and keep it that way.
If a build does not delete a spreadsheet, a weekly meeting or an inbox full of chasing, it was decoration. We measure a system by what disappears after it goes live.
Code, accounts, domains, data. No proprietary platform holding your business hostage, no rebuild fee to leave. Handover is part of delivery, not a negotiation afterwards.

How we got here
The start
Built internal tools in-house and watched the same six-figure, six-month failures repeat across every industry.
The bet
Fixed price, fixed date, written scope. Unpopular with agencies, obvious to anyone paying the invoice.
Today
Websites in three days, internal systems in seven, for operators from Ajman to London to Sydney.
